Is it possible to "trade" Turkey vs. Sweden/Finland in NATO? If so, what's involved in ejecting a country?
If it's not possible to include the Scandinavian countries due to Turkey's veto, can they create a pan-EU defence force that's shared with NATO and excludes US, Canada, Turkey? The UK presents a difficult case as they de-EU'd themselves but contrary to what they say at times they're a European/Nuclear country.
That would be strategic idiocy for almost everyone involved. The problem of NATO is primarily that decisions aren't coordinated and hot heads lead the charge.
