Perhaps too meta, but I wonder, what fraction of modern-day uses of Baader and Meinhof's eponym refer not to the Red Army Faction, but instead to the frequency illusion as named after ?

There's still a weird romantic fascination with the RAF in the western part of Germany which always put me off (coming from the eastern half). I guess it's because a lot of the intellectuals among the "Alt-68er" ended up in influential positions in media and politics in West Germany.


And it seems like we have these terror apologists on here too. They would probably look down on you just for being from "the right wing east". Their mindset is truly bizarre.
