This, along with the other patents granted to Salvator Cezar Pais, is pseudoscientific nonsense. And yet Dr. Pais has legitimate engineering credentials and backing from the Navy. Why would the Navy sponsor research into pseudoscientific nonsense that is, by sheer coincidence, consistent with the reported properties of the alleged UFO sightings that the Navy allegedly cannot explain? Perhaps this is not pseudoscientific nonsense and the Navy has a secret aircraft development program that is beyond the bounds of publicly known science, and which their operational pilots have unwittingly stumbled upon.
