This article was written by the same guy who claims that what happened to the Skripals in England was "probably food poisoning" and that the poisononing of Navalny was "done by the mafia".

Did you believe what the British said about the Russians using a deadly military grade nerve agent?
I didn't because of two reasons:
1. The West has been demonising Russia for years now, creating an enemy in the eyes of the public.
2. If it was a deadly, military grade weapon, it wasn't very effective and didn't kill it's target. So, should we call it a not very deadly nerve gas ?
Author is a "former colonel of the General Staff, ex-member of the Swiss strategic intelligence."[1] He is clearly frustrated and comes off as rather conspiratorial against the USA, but he doesn't seem to misrepresent events that I've read about elsewhere. He is apparently a controversial figure.
Anybody who places a value on human life has every right to be frustrated by the current situation and every right to be outraged at the US' behaviour over the last 3 decades.
On closer reading, I'd treat the article as a starting points for your own investigation. It seems to drive its own agenda regardless of the content it links to.
For exmple "OSCE observers have never observed the slightest trace of Russian units operating in the Donbass" while in the linked article we have
"… we have seen convoys leaving and entering Ukraine on dirt roads in the middle of the night, in areas where there is no official crossing. In one border area, we’ve also made this public, including some footage we have put out. We have seen specific types of weapons that we have described in detail, including electronic warfare equipment. We have spoken to prisoners taken by the Ukrainian forces who claim to be members of the Russian armed forces fighting on rotation in Ukraine. We have seen men with the insignia of the Russian Federation, but you can buy this jacket anywhere. We have also seen the insignia of Germany, Spain, and others—but also of the Russians."
I think his narrative contradicts pretty much everyone's media--Russian, Ukrainian, American, etc. His account is a bit jumbled as he throws in a lot of details, but plenty of those details are things I've read about elsewhere, so it's nice to see them put together. Note, I don't think he is really trying to defend Russia. I think he is making the point that nobody is as innocent as they are trying to appear.
"Jacques Baud is a former colonel of the General Staff, ex-member of the Swiss strategic intelligence, specialist on Eastern countries. He was trained in the American and British intelligence services. He has served as Policy Chief for United Nations Peace Operations."
This was the whole reason why Putin said that Russia wasnt bound by the Minsk agreement- because he had no part in the war
the idea that russia only invaded ukraine because ukraine started to attack and that Puin never intended to replace zelensky was laughable- putin had a team in place to replace him
