Are there wikipedia servers being hosted in Russia or something? Otherwise I don't see how this fine can be enforced. And if that IS the case, they should switch it to have Russian requests served by Ukraine /s
Nothing consequential. May be banned in Russia but mostly any source of information that disagrees with the Kremlins nareative suffers the same consequences.
Just read the article. That particular "source of information" is one-sided at least. I guess on Russian side that's still an overreaction but the country is at war (although they claim the opposite) so its... hmm... natural?
