[flagged] I unwillingly stopped using Firefox

I unwillingly stopped using Firefox when it prevented me to login into my work account.

My company using Microsoft online account for Email, Jira and other services. One day, probably after some updates, the login on Firefox stopped working, so I was forced to switch to Chrome :(

I was able to login to https://outlook.com this morning on Firefox 98.0.2. Have you tried a private browser window, or hard refreshing the site?

Did Firefox prevent you from login to your work account, or was your work web-software configured to work only on Chrome?

Same. There are so many websites which don't work with Firefox (even without any extensions), it's not funny. Who'd've thought interoperability would actually regress now that basically all the frameworks support all the major browsers.

Problem with plugins, as others don't seem to have the problem?

(I know pretty much every case of my browser not working, has been due to the mottley collection of plugins I appear to have accumulated)

I decided to use Safari for any sites that don't work with Firefox. I'm ignoring Chrome for as long as I can.

Does libreWolf work with your company accounts?

I'm using a Microsoft login on FF all the time so it might be an individual quirk. I guess removing cookies would help.

Some more info might be nice, on what OS, what was the actual problem logging in, etc?

give a chance to Brave Browser? It has privacy features and is based on chromedriver

Why do people shill Brave on every Firefox thread? It's weird.

Good marketing (vs bad one)
