As Russia is already committing extensive genocide in Ukraine then this possibility could not be dismissed.
But Ukraine supporting countries should not fear nuclear threat but instead counter every claim of possible nuclear attack with counter threat of escalation.
Nothing will encourage nuclear attack than the possibility of getting away with it.
