What does a successful war look like?

I guess one not fought in the first place.


I'm seeing too much hyperbole related to Russia-Ukraine conflict.

First they say Putin is just like Hitler. Anyone who's read anything about WWII history knows this is absurd. I'd risk saying it's an insult to those who suffered indescribable hardships under Nazism.

Now Russia will collapse just like Nazi Germany?.. I don't know, history might prove me wrong, but this just looks absurd to me.


This article feels like propaganda.


I do not support Russia's actions in this invasion, but I take almost anything the media says about it with a grain of salt. Had this been the US invading another country, we'd have similar stories about WMDs. We have to view stories like this through the lens of the MIC and their goals. I have no doubt that there are atrocities happening in Ukraine as with any war, but don't think for a second that other countries won't see it as an opportunity to commit the same for their own benefit.
