Do we want to? The Chinese Communist Party rigorously controls Internet access in China, fearing that unfettered access would undermine its control. I want Russians to see the destruction their country is wreaking in Ukraine and the suffering of Ukrainians and Russian soldiers.

Russia also controls internet access to an extent. I think it should be considered as a possible option.
