Is the max of 50 million enough? 30% must be pretty lucrative, probably worth way beyond 50M. I wonder if further action would be taken if they won't comply and what that would be.

They can always just withdraw the dating apps in question.

It’s Apples store and they get to choose who get to be there.

That's the point; they can't. It's not a viable business without supporting iOS as it's too dominant. The point the ACM is making is that Apple is abusing it's dominant position in the market.

At this point it’s probably cheaper and easier for Apple just to pull in app painment from the Dutch market, and encourage local devs to use paid apps.

The Netherlands is a tiny market after all, and there’s a political price to be paid here (There are a lot of iPhone owners and most of them won’t like the government screwing around with their platform) so time is on their side.

Apple should cut off all sales to the Netherlands entirely(physical products and digital). They should send a strong message that they will not be bullied by foreign nations trying to exert their will on it.

What about the netherlands sending a strong message to Apple that they will not be bullied by foreign companies trying to exert their will on it?

Doing business in a country means you need to abide by the laws of that country. If you don't like that you're invited to go away.
