There's an Apple /// in the picture at 1:10, I didn't expect that in a Soviet-era video.

So I wonder if the complete system was based on the Apple /// or if it was running on a separate machine connected to the second screen and keyboard?


What impresses me the most is how fast is the filling in of removed areas. This is the kind of image processing that has only been implemented in GIMP after the year 2000 and it was implemented in GIMP much before photoshop.

So, I'm really curious about the algorithm. Not only it works pretty well, it was runs extremely fast for that hardware. I wonder if it used a significantly different approach than what is used today.
