You should say this to them. Say you dont think that type of interview is a a good use of time in this case and state your reasons. Then propose what you think would be reasonable, or what you would like.

If they want you, and you want to work there, and ye are both reasonable, then ye should be able to work something out. If one or more of those things are not true then you shouldnt work there anyway.
