On: Hiring – Easy as Pie

While I tremendously respect Steve Blank, trying to reduce hiring to a simple quantitative graph seems like an absolutely terrible idea.

It reminds me of the Pritchard Scale in Dead Poets Society. That's not how you measure poetry or people.
