I don't know what they mean by "censored". Do they mean "not voted up" or "flagged to death"?
They don't give examples of links that were wrongly "censored", so we cannot tell whether they really were wrongly censored, or whether they were flagged for being off-topic or spam, or whether they merely weren't interesting enough to be upvoted.
