Is it me or NY Times' paywall seems to be easily bypassable? Their content loads way before the paywall. I wonder how many of their readers actually subscribe.
Check with your local library, a lot of them already pay for your access. Then you can bookmark a page like this https://www.lapl.org/new-york-times-digital, have the browser remember the card #, and just refresh it every few days.
