No matter how you look at it, he has a vested interest in promoting over-engineering because it translates to more sales of courses and workshops. That's why this blog starts and ends with calls to action about signing up and registering for workshops.
Many of us have a vested interest in pushing back against this industry because it favors hiring younger, less experienced people who will advocate for these systems in the workplace. For many of our own sanity, we have to push back somewhat.
