What I think is going on here, is that Telegram is hard coding the qwerty shortcuts for italics, Bold, etc. so ctrl+c on Dvorak actually causes telegram to process ctrl+i, italicizing the highlighted text instead of copying it to the clipboard. Same issue with ctrl+x / ctrl+v.
