While this is encouraging for further study, there are only 44 participants, the effects are mild (for the sample size), and it's very early research. Considering publication bias and that early results are often more significant than larger, later trials, I'd be surprised if there was actually any substance to this. More research will tell, but, like, this article is not compelling.
