I guess since he lives in Mar-a-Lago this is the circuit of his domicile but boy, does this feel like a distortion of process. He accepted a contract which probably states conditional mediation and which court to be in. I don't think Twitter incorporated in Florida. Twitter isn't a common carrier, it's a private channel. I'd say he has pretty limited recourse, but I'm not a lawyer. I hope his lawyers get paid.
