Can you elaborate? Are you talking about splitting it up among spouse & trusts or something else? Seems like clients would still be impacted since the tax exemption is still being dropped from 100% to 50%.
Literally the opposite of not talking about it. Sorry. No utility anymore. People are looking to change things they werent even previously aware of, compared to the prior outcomes of just raising income taxes on 6-figure wage workers and pretending that was taxing the rich. I would rather people just assume I’m full of shit than give any clue, there are enough examples of compliant strategies being “leaked” after decades of use for people to assume there are still strategies unaffected.
