Three points: one for correct analysis and implementation, one for artistry and creativity, and one for disrupting the market of the coding test. But seriously, the only real test on larger teams is how much of a 'net positive' the person is. How much time/energy do they give or require of others and the quality and timeliness of their output. This isn't easy to measure up-front but setting a high bar for unrelated tests doesn't solve it.
