Yes, Twitter arbitrarily censors people for expressing the wrong views. Yes, the censorship fails. People who understand the idea of free expression feel deep revulsion at censorship. To me, something being censored is enough of a reason to look at it and to help it spread.

I believe it's a mistake to claim it's about "the wrong views". The claims of election fraud are simply lies. It's not a matter of opinion. It's about as well documented as anything can conceivably be. Audit after audit has turned up nothing.
There's a case to be made that they shouldn't block anything, regardless of the truth. They're not in a great position to decide which untruths are worth blocking. That, at least, is a matter of opinion rather than a matter of fact.
But the tactic of "Oh, look how oppressed I am on the grounds of my opinion that grass is purple" just looks weak. I'm sure it raises plenty of barking at the sound of the dog-whistle, but that post-post-modernist "everything is a matter of opinion, there are no facts in the world" doesn't make a strong case for putting somebody in charge.

I believe you believe you're telling the truth. I can think of no better proof that conversation about it should not be censored.
Also, the election fraud issue is not the only issue Twitter routinely censors about. I think it's also censored people about Hunter Biden's laptop, climate change issues, COVID, etc.
