There are clauses in the constitution to systematically deny any human rights to Hindus. The state restricts education and opportunities to English speakers. Basically the classical civilisation is denied any sense of agency. The situation isn’t much different from the treatment of native Americans back in the barbaric days.
Little wonder the Anglo-Indian class and their brainless supporters in the West are up in arms anytime a more rooted Indian leadership emerges.
