This is the first time I see this point that carbohydrate and sugar intake peaked ~ 2000 AD, but obesity continues rising just as before. Has nobody pointed this out before, or have I just missed it?
Here I was pretty sure the LCHF proponents were right and carbs were the villain of the drama, but if this is correct, then apparently not.
