I'm trying to think of another situation where a company has a default starting position that their customers are breaking the law during normal use of their product.

If car manufacturers installed a breathalyzer ignition interlock device on every car (new or currently owned) that would save some lives, but I'm pretty sure very few people would tolerate it.

Truly dystopian. I can't wait until someone has to drive to the hospital but has been drinking and can't.


There is no drunk driving exception based on where or why you are driving.


Should they be driving though? They can always call 911
