Canada is the fastest growing percentage wise developed country in. Zoning stays the same.


I'm noting a big rise in propaganda encouraging millennials to lower their quality of life expectations.

Instead, we should be raising property taxes on baby-boomers (perhaps with land taxes of 1% annually, with credits for the number of children living at the address), and cutting immigration to limit real estate prices and to maintain high wages.


Property tax for everything you own aside your own home and that would be a huge deal and wouldn't further sabotage millennials actually acquiring any property for themselves.
