How exactly does this work? What are the AI models used?
I tried the demo with several scenarios and it was very underwhelming considering the AI/GPT-3 promises made as I got generic troubleshooting advice, e.g. "If your computer has a blue screen, please restart your computer. If the problem persists, contact the help desk at (555)678-9012".
Can the bot offer any meaningful troubleshooting to real problems specific customer might have? Otherwise, isn't it just like any chat bot that's been coded with to respond to specific text triggers?
I provided the demo with some information about common cases, but if you ask more complex questions, it should be able to follow along, even without preprogrammed responses.
The bot is able to both use information given to it to answer questions and blend natural conversation together.
