Easy Anti-Cheat (probably the biggest name in anti-cheat right now with games like Apex and Fortnite) actually does support Linux. The issue is even with Linux native anti-cheat, developers are not releasing Linux native games. And getting Windows anti-cheat to work on Linux Wine/Proton is harder to do because of the extra layers in between.
