The great tragedy of philosophy is that every time it gives some useful answers the topic ceases to be philosophical.

Mathematics and logic were initially developed by philosophers. Modern science is a clear result of natural philosophy.

The sad end result is that the remaining problems in philosophy are the ones that will probably never have a satisfactory answer.
