On: A writing tip I learned at Oxford

May I ask which languages don’t have them? I can’t think of any European or Indian language that doesn’t use them (when writing with the Latin script). I may be wrong though.

Oxford comma[1]? It's not used in Spanish and a flat out mistake in Russian, for example.

It is considered an error in Polish.

[Eugeleo → HDMI_Cable]

Czech is one such example.
