Man, I was hoping this would be about how sleeping outside is better for your health, and how to achieve that comfortably in the modern world.

That makes two of us! I do find sleeping with the window(s) open produces better sleep and next day alertness. I was really hoping this was a study regarding this.

Have you tried getting a CO2 sensor and measuring CO2 levels over night with and without the window open?

I haven't. But I am going to order one and see. It would certainly make sense that they are elevated when the windows are closed. Thanks for the thought.

Damn this is some illegible font choices.

Ask and you will receive - font changed (I've been trying to go web 1.0).

Much better, thanks!

If you want everything to work as the same monospaced font, you're gonna need to spend some time playing with bold, and more importantly, playing with white space.

You can always tweak the CSS yourself or disable it altogether. Or use Lynx, in which this site looks fine.

This is the most impractically Hacker News advice I have received in this site in at least a year.

As much as I would like to take that award I don't think it fares well given how many "Just buy this $400 gadget..." comments there are here.

It's dumb to have to change a site's code to be able to read it. But if you know how to, and the font is a big enough problem... so what? Maybe other people like the font choice. It was advice targeted towards its likely viewership.

Won't it be great when everyone is rendering directly to the canvas!

What's Lynx?

A console web browser.
