The idea that private contractors aren't permitted to verify ballots for 22 months seems quite out of step with the fact that the US government relies extensively on private contractors to maintain secrecy on everything, from the postal service to military programs involving national security. For example, it is widely known that Edward Snowden worked at a contractor for the NSA, not the NSA itself, Lockheed developed the SR-71 for the USAF, and the USPS change of address database is managed by a private contractor.
I do not have an opinion either way as to whether the election was stolen. I see no harm in simply letting this process play out; Biden's victory didn't depend on Arizona anyway.
