---Honestly, commenting in haiku form really makes you stop and consider what you want to write. Maybe I'll try this with all of my comments from now on.
Amazing that Tumblr is still around. Someone needs to scrape it and have a backup copy incase it gets shutdown for whatever reason. (Similar to the fate of Soup.io) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soup.io
Philip Larkin Tries for a Vaccine Appointment

How is this an American-specific problem? Problems with scheduling a vaccine appointment over the internet have happened also in European countries with public healthcare. For example, Poland has seen some bumps in the road.
Agreed. I think there’s a case to be made against the US healthcare system, but vaccinations wouldn’t be my case in point. Denmark which seems to be the leading EU country has only 9.2% fully vaccinated which lags even the most backwards US state by a considerable margin (presently Georgia with 20% fully vaccinated).
I agree. It was frustrating trying to get my appointment, but there weren't vaccines going unused or people getting it ahead of me who shouldn't. They managed to vaccinate people at the same rate as doses became available, and different groups were prioritized in a sane if imperfect way.
Or at least it suits my taste.
I find most poems pretty "meh"
But these are pretty great.
