Agile, yes. Very much so. I remember developing pre-Agile and the endless Gantt charts and delivery milestones that never happened.

Being able to throw all of that in the bin and just say "we're Agile, so it'll be ready when we all agree it's ready, and we'll direct effort where we think it's most needed as we go" is awesome.

I've never worked with Scrum, but I have solid negative opinions on it (so hopefully I never have to). One of the core parts of the Agile Manifesto is "people before process" and Scrum is all process, so I'm always confused as to how the two became synonymous.
