If I may[1] shamelessly link my newly launched generated art project, I’ve just written up a walkthrough[2] of the current iteration. I have more variety coming. While stylistically simpler and more uniform than Heydon’s work, his work has been a major influence.

Hi! I signed up just to say I’m glad you got something out of my work and that your blog is really interesting. The Git hash stuff is clever!

Oh my goodness I don’t think I’ve ever been so starstruck by a complement! Thank you!

To the author: this is amazing work, and I think you should monetize it. I would absolutely buy a print of this.

Please consider hooking this to a Shopify store with a print on-demand plug-in (Gooten comes to mind, but there are a dozen alternatives) and sell them!

Thank you for the Gooten tip! Looks like the API means I can build it straight into my Vue code (no Shopify needed). I will investigate further.

I agree! I found it to be a very compelling and interesting exhibit to virtually explore. The artist nailed the medium.

Love it. Wish I could "walk" through the rooms with arrows, or some other way than constantly clicking back to the map

“Anger” reminds me of the “Nerverot” screen saver by Dan Bornstein, part of XScreenSaver:

This reminds me that I need to buy one of his Axidraw works.

It would be nice if your colors followed you around, or started at values other than white/black.

This virtual exploration had me revisiting each page multiple times! It was so good!

Some suggestions: - Please consider adding an arrow to jump to adjacent rooms. - Put a randomize button for calibrating the canvas with two contrasting random color schemes.

Hi! I've added a random button (under "Calibrate") that picks random colors, scale, and aspect ratio. Thanks for the idea! Working on prev/next links now...

Looks amazing! But maybe it is better to ensure that canvas color is in sharp contrast to art color. I suggest using something like`hue-rotate(180)`.

Nice. I really like system and board

Fantastic. Well created.
