How do you get Apple to take down a malicious app?

I've been trying for the past month to get the app "Toast Plus" removed from their store after it stole 6500 dollars worth of XRP from me. I've decompiled the app and showed them the exact lines of code that are doing the dirty work. Meanwhile i've watched at least 100K USD worth of XRP being funneled into the thief's account from users like me, who thought they were using the old Toast Wallet app that it is emulating. Emailing appreview@apple.com gets me "we will look into it" one liner email and absolutely no follow up. Do they really not care that an app in the finance section is stealing from their users???
