This sounds like a reasonable law. The problem unfortunately as I see it is unless the victim and perpetrator...actually let's not kid ourselves there are no women secretly removing a condom...unless the couple are filming or have invited a third, there is no way of proving this. This sets up terrible "he said, she said" situation with no way for an accused to defend against false allegations.

I find it terrible that there is a slang term (Stealthing) for this despicable act and if it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt the guy should be prosecuted and jailed but I would hate to be judged on a balance of probability if I was being falsley accused by a scorned woman.
