Its about time that regulators looked at these punitive commissions. Lower rates mean more money in the pockets of consumers and businesses. Better apps (fuelled by better revenues) might actually increase spending on apps stores and encourage consumers to purchase newer devices.

Apple's maintenance of this 30% is short-sighted.


Interesting. I wonder if this is an attempt for North Dakota to attract software developers/companies to their state. Seems like an odd thing to come out of ND!
