Tracking My Water Intake with NFC Tags (miguelrochefort.com)

Do you need to log each sip as they happen? Is that better than filling the bottle and just logging that amount when you finish?

I take a few sips and count them, tap my phone on the NFC tag, enter the number of sips, then lock the phone.

You could also track each bottle refill, although you would lose some resolution.

I already track 100% of what I put in my body, so tracking each set of sips comes naturally:

- Water (NFC tag)

- Food (photo)

- Packaged food (barcode scan)

- Daily medication/supplements (NFC tag)

- Occasional medication/supplements (manual note)

However, I have to admit that I'm not religious about tracking water intake anymore, and I sometimes forget to take a picture of the 2nd/3rd plate of food.

This is awesome! Anyone know of an alibaba source for thermal labels with embedded NFC radio tags?
