Being able to pinpoint exact emotions is something I have to work at all the time - and I consider myself to be relatively in-tune with my emotions. I wonder frequently how to build this skill with others while I'm still working on it myself.

No one needs to be perfect at a skill before they can enable others. Often, it's just about sharing how you got to the place you are now, patience, and exploring new ways to learn emotional intelligence together.

That's were this nifty scale comes in handy! It might seem out of place / weird to talk openly about feelings / work relationships; especially if not invited to do so. It's cool that this templates actually allocates the first half of a 1:1 for this!

There are so many positive benefits for preparing and conducting effective 1:1s in today's workflow. It's more than just updating progress on tasks, it's engaging the psychological needs of people who are doing the work

1.1s are terrible if you don't know what to do in them. Good ideas

I'm working exactly on this with a psychologist now. I'll print that emotions poster and hang it on my wall, for rea

super cool - love the miro template. Thanks!
