Ask HN: Is there a HN but for management/leadership?

I'd love a community of managers and leaders posting links and discussion topics.

Topics could include things like performance reviews, interviewing, team jelling, process questions, etc.

I haven't been able to find that, even on Reddit. Does such a thing exist? Where?

I would add that it’s also a very well moderated and helpful community, like HN, not the typical open slack group dynamic of spam and memes

I would say just ask your questions here, there are lots of managers on hn. Maybe linkedin if you can sift through the self-promotional drivel.

Management/leadership related posts do show up on HN, although the discussions sometimes struggle to move beyond hashing out whether career progression for developers does or does not eventually require a move away from making technical contributions directly and toward managing other technical contributors.

Somehow, neither side seems content with the answer "it commonly does, but strongly depends on the individual and the organization they are a part of".

Manager Tools have a forum. Not super active but if you’re patient there are some knowledgeable people there that will usually make some good contributions to the discussion.
