This is interesting. But the first thing that pops out is that there are PGE2 blocking medicines specifically related to treating nerve pain.

So it seems as if this works in humans, there might need to be caveats as to when you should and should not be taking drugs that increase PGE2 levels.

Trying to find a list of phe2 enhancers or inhibitors. I’ve take quite a few things for nerve pain, all with horrific side effects. So topic is interesting.
