My husband and I created the app that help you to create and balance weekly diet. When we started, there were tons of apps that count your calories and track your daily meals…(which makes no sense from the nutritional sense, considering, that most nutrients accumulate in your body over time), but anyways… there were literally no apps which were focusing on weekly balanced diets. We developed one. Since the moment we released the app, honestly, maintaining a healthy weekly diet couldn’t be easier.
