Yep, recruiters aren't allowed to post on Startuply - we keep a pretty close eye on who's posting. Part of the idea here is that we want to be a (asymptotically approaching complete) directory of startup jobs. That way, you wouldn't have to go to 3 job boards...unless you want to work for American Express.
