So every major cloud service got a contract? I guess that prevents lawsuits between cloud service providers that we got with the pentagon contract. But still, isn't it odd that every single major cloud service provider got a contract?



next paragraph... "Under the C2E contract vehicle, the companies will compete for specific task orders issued by the CIA on behalf of itself and the 16 other agencies that comprise the intelligence community."
