Well, no.

If you look at the official source[0]:

78.647 recorded deaths from 1. jan 2020 to 6. nov 2020.

Same period in 2019 has 72.615 deaths.

Also keep in mind that the 2020 numbers are not final (they are likely to increase due to late death notifications).

It appears that since September 2020, Sweden’s death rate has been about 5-10% LOWER than average, which would push overall yearly rate down a bit.
