Dotter is a dotfile manager and templater.
It is aimed at users who have their configuration files in one central folder (often a git repository) for easy uploading and synchronization.
Dotter provides a flexible configuration, intended to make it easy to deploy the same files on different machines while adapting the files to each specific machine.
It is possible to deploy your vimrc to different locations on your Windows and Linux machines, without needing separate git branches or any other similar awkward solution.
It is even possible to have the contents of the files changed on a per-machine basis, for example hiding the battery meter from your bar on your desktop machine while still showing it on your laptop.
Feel free to leave feedback on anything in the form of comments or issues, especially regarding documentation and additional features you'd want to see, as well as questions you may have.
I always found templaters or managers to not do some one thing and extending the tool to do the thing wasn't always nice.
