Yeah, this might be bad for promoting the library, as many users might associate this with the old framework. On the other hand, churn in the JS developer landscape is high enough that many current developers don't remember Dojo, script.aculo.us or MooTools…
Yeah I do remember Dojo actually, I've been using javascript since it was invented :) - agree the name could be confusing. It's currently named that way because I built it for the kids CoderDojo class.
Interesting! Interactive Fiction is not always text-only, adding images is a popular enhancement. Extending that to 3D seems a logical consequence to me.
Is this more like a proof-of-concept, or do you plan to enhance and develop it more?
There are a few things I could think of. For example, more IF-related features (concept of passages/knots, tracking which got visited, etc. Think twine, ink and alike). Or a way of handle the transition between user-handled camera and a scripted zoom/movement taking over. Just what I got in mind trying out the demo :)
Hi, definitely a proof a concept, mainly aimed as a way of doing creative coding. I tried it yesterday with the kids at the CoderDojo and about half of them managed to expand on the example but some struggled hard.

edit: it appears not. I thought it was going to be a some 3D extensions to the age-old Dojo/Dijit libraries
