At the company I work for, we highly value internal feedback about our product and development process and I'm looking for ways to improve our work here.
At the moment, any notes from our internal (qualitative feedback) interviews get written up in Google Docs, after which, we analyze them by going through each one and pulling out all the bullet points that are related to certain topics (e.g. new feature requests, bugs etc.) - but this takes a lot of time!
Are there any tools that could automate either the collection or the analysis of internal feedback?
