Am I missing something but if the paradox effect cannot occur, then there would be no point to trying to change the future if one goes back in time. Thus destroying the plot lines of thousands of sci-fi episodes....
If there is no real chaos in the world (at any of its scale) then any time travel would be actually happening exactly same way and ending up exactly she way
